Stating your intentions on the board is good place to start.
Do you know their names? If so, you might try a service such as U.S. Search to locate a person or persons. As to what anyone here might think about what you should do....if someone who posts here was there and knows of the situation in Philly at St. Francis first hand.. they would be the ones qualified to address that. Other than that, it's really up to you. You're the one who is going to have put forth the time effort and money to find these people. We are going off topic here. I will create a forum for this issue entitled "St Francis home for boys in Philadelphia". Please refer future posts on this subject there. Thank you.
